About this role
Your new role:
In this senior clinical and educational role, you will deliver high-quality pharmacy services while driving service improvement and professional development across the department.
- Deliver advanced, evidence-based clinical pharmacy services within a complex hospital setting, applying independent clinical judgement.
- Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement and research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Plan, facilitate and evaluate structured clinical education and competency-based training programs for pharmacists and students.
About you:
You are a highly skilled and motivated senior pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about clinical excellence and education.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex hospital-based pharmacy services and prioritising workload in high-demand settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high-level clinical advice and manage multidisciplinary relationships.
- Proven experience in supervising, mentoring and developing pharmacists, interns and students.
- A proactive contributor to quality improvement, service innovation and evidence-based practice initiatives.
